BUSINESS OVERVIEW
Black Czars (Pty) Ltd. is a registered enterprise incorporated
in accordance with Section 223 of the Companies Act, 2008
(Act No. 71 of 2008). The Company’s primary intend is to
operate within the Security Industry.
It is a 100% black owned South African company with its
owners holding a vast experience in the Security Industry and
Its Management. Both owners share same sentiments when it
comes to crime prevention and rendering of security services.

Black Czars (Pty) Ltd commits to provide a safe and healthy
environment for all employees and clients. This is achieved by
fully integrating health and safety system into all its operations.
Black Czars (Pty) Ltd strives to achieve a safety management
system, to implement systematic identification assessment of
risk, and control measures to mitigate identified risks.
Effectively encouraging innovative means of reducing risk in
the work environment.

Provide and maintain a safe work environment for all employees and its clients.
Abide by all statutory requirements and relevant codes of practice as the minimum-security standard.
